Battery Return Policy - Terms and Conditions
Returns in general: Returns of most items may be made within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, all sales are final. Once you have obtained a return authorization from us via email, your return must be delivered to us within 14 days.
Return authorization and restocking charges: Only items in their original condition with all packaging, accessories, instruction manuals, warranty cards, and UPC codes will be accepted. Log in to your account on our website to request a return authorization. You must obtain a return authorization before sending materials; returns without authorization may be refused. Refunds will only be made after materials have been tested and found to be in their original condition. Items that had free or reduced shipping, including flat rate shipping, may have a restocking fee of up to 10% applied to reimburse us for our outbound shipping costs. This restocking fee may also be assessed on items returned to us because the shipping address you gave was incorrect or because delivery was refused. Batteries are automatically subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Return shipping: You are responsible for return shipping. Items being returned should be shipped with insurance using a shipping method that has tracking.
How to set up a return: Please email us at info@GoBatery.com to set up a return.
Delivery of large or heavy items: Large quantities of batteries, inverters and other large heavy items are shipped by road freight and can be on a pallet. Please make sure your delivery address can accommodate a shipment of this nature. You will either need to have a door that’s wide enough to accommodate it or you will have to unpack it outside. Note that most UPS stores will not accept a freight shipment unless you have made special arrangements in advance. International orders may be required to pay taxes or duties on arrival at their destination. These taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
